It's all about community.

At the end of the day, it’s all about community. It doesn't matter if you live in a village or a major metropolitan city.

What makes something feel like home is community.

And what makes Beaumont feel like a community, like a home, is all of you.

Whether it’s the Karma Pantry, neighbours offering to help neighbours when a car is stuck, or providing a family that you don't even know with a Thanksgiving meal.

We look out for one another in more ways than one.

When we see prowlers, we often share it immediately to let others know; if someone sees a child in distress or in need of help, we do our best to alert the community and inform the family as soon as possible.

That's community.

That is why I am running for Beaumont City Council because I love Beaumont and I want to see this beautiful city of ours remain a community. My name is Karunesh Saroya and I am running to be your city councilor in the October 18, 2021 municipal election.
